About Jill Bryant


Born and raised in Texas, Jill brought the Southern values of being friendly, honest, personable, and "never met a stranger" with her to Colorado in 1985. She had vacationed in Colorado since she was a little girl and never wanted to leave. In fact, she vowed to live in Colorado when she grew up.

Her previous career was in the medical profession, where she worked for 13 years in a freestanding emergency room. The talents she developed through those experiences of working with people, dealing with high stress, and having to juggle many tasks at once have contributed to her 15 successful years in real estate.

Married, with three very active children (all boys, all born in Colorado), Jill´s hobbies include: trying to keep up with her three boys while running a very successful business and any recreational activity that is outdoors...snowboarding, hiking, camping, fly-fishing, gardening, just to name a few!

Living in the mountains herself, Jill is very familiar with all aspects of buying and selling real estate in the mountain communities including Lyons and Pinewood Springs along with the communities along the foothills (Lyons, Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, Louisville, Niwot). Jill works with buyers and sellers in any price range, whether it be first time home buyers or million dollar luxury home buyers.

Jill goes the extra mile for her clients. Jill obtained her Certified Distressed Property Expert(CDPE)last year and completed many short sales for her clients that needed her help. The national average of short sales that actually close is about 20%. With Jill's expertise in this everchanging market was able to close 90% of her short sale transactions.Having been raised with Southern values, she really likes to help people that are in need and are looking for someone that will go the extra mile! Buying or selling a home could be the biggest decision in a persons entire life and working with someone that you can truly TRUST is essential.

Her professionalism has proven to be her greatest asset and it's what makes her business so successful and makes her clients remain clients for life. When you need help with
